| 摘 要： | 分析了我国污染的现状及人口发展趋势，提出了我国未来水的污染源将主要来自中小城镇；通过对当代的污水处理工艺的分析，提出我国城镇污水处理要两条腿走路：一方面要因地制宜，量力而行；另一方面要发展和开发高效、低成本的新技术、新工艺。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the state of wastewater and the trends of demography, and it draws that the main sewage will come from towns in the future. By analyzing the present process of sewage treatment, it gives out two ways of sewage treatment: One way is do according to our constitution and economical conditions; another way is to develop new process with high efficiency, low cost. |
