| 摘 要： | 电子商务巨人 Amazon公司诉Barnes＊Noble公司专利侵权案标志着美国已将商业方法确定为可专利的主题,对此世界各国态度不一。商业方法专利化虽然是从保护创新出发,但它却给电子商务的发展带来诸多不利影响,如新颖性如何保证、管辖权的国际协调等。这些问题的解决,创新是根本,在创新的基础上,将自己创新的技术和方法在国内外寻求法律保护。与美国公司发生商业方法专利纠纷时,尽量避免美国法院行使管辖权,以减少我国电子商务企业因美国商业方法专利化而遭受损害。

| Abstract: | The mission,restrained conditions and application environment of radar IFF system are analyzed from the view of system.On this base and in combination with its system characteristics and the relationship with other systems,the core concepts and key specifications about the system are thoroughly studied and analyzed.Some confusing problems are discussed with purpose of clarifying. |
