摘    要:介绍了模糊分析法(包括灰色关联度分析和多因素综合评价)在水资源承载力方面的应用。利用灰色关联度分析从影响水资源承载力的因素中选出适当的评价指标体系,应用模糊综合评价法对水资源承载力状况进行评价。结果表明,河南省绝大多数地区综合评分值不超过0.6,因此认为河南省大多数地区水资源承载潜力较低。水资源的开发利用应以可持续发展为基础,采用节约用水,改变经济结构,充分重视引水补源,加强管理等措施,以期对水资源科学合理地开发利用提供决策依据。

Abstract:This paper introduces the method of fuzzy analysis(including grey relationship analysis and multifactorial comprehensive evaluation) applicable to water resources carrying capacity.This paper selects indicator system from the factors affecting the water resources carrying capacity using grey relationship analysis and evaluates the water resources carrying capacity with multifactorial comprehensive evaluation.As a result,in most regions the comprehensive grade is less than 0.6,so we think that in most regions of He'nan Province have lower potential of water resources carrying.The paper indicates that exploring and using the water resources in He'nan Province should adopt reasonable measures as water saving,altering economic structure,strengthening management,based on sustainable utilization of water resources.
