| Abstract: | The comprehensive utilization of grape dregs from wine plants is reviewed in many respects.It includes extracting pigment,pectin and tartaric acid from fermented grape skin;protein,grape seed oil and tannin from grape seeds;oligomeric flavanols from grape skin,seeds and stalk. |
