| 摘 要： | 为了解决水环境与人类社会经济协调发展问题 ,阐述了水环境承载力的内涵、研究内容与影响因素 ,认为水环境承载力主要受水环境质量标准、水环境容量、水环境自净能力、流域 (区域 )水资源量、社会生产力水平、科学技术水平、人类生活水平及人口规模、政策、法规、规划等因素影响 ,并指出水环境承载力的重点研究方向 |

| Abstract: | In order to resolve the problem of coordinative development,of water environment and social economy the article introduces the connotation,study content and affecting factors of water environmental carrying capacity(WECC). It points out that WECC is affected by water environmental quality standards,water environmental capacity,water environmental self-purification,quantity of water resources,social productivity level,science and technology level,humans living level,population scope,policies,laws and rules,plans,and so on.. At the same time,it points out the future trends. |
