铅的环境生物化学

摘    要:介绍了我国古代的炼丹和古罗马铅制品的使用给人们带来的毒害,也介绍了现代的铅污染和铅中毒给人们造成的损害,特别提取了对儿童的危害,概述了铅在水圈、大气圈、岩石圈和生物圈中的循环途径及通过食物链进入人体的方式,讨论了以铅束缚流基为基础的中毒机理,各种各样的铅中毒症状和不同的解毒方式等一系列问题,指出了改善环境、控制污染的迫切性和从中草药开发重金属解毒剂的发展潜力。

Abstract:The poisoning of people as a result of making pills of immortality in ancient China and the use of lead in the Roman Empire are introduced.The damage to people especially to children by virtue of lead pollution and lead poisoning in modern times is briefed.The circulatory way of lead in hydrosphere,atmosphere,lithosphere and biosphere and the means of it getting into human bodies by food chain are summarized.A series of questions about poisoning mechanism on the basis of thiohydroxy fettered by lead,various poisoning symptoms and different detoxicating ways are discussed.The urgency about improving the surroundings,controling pollution and the developmental potential of developing heavy metal antitoxic from Chinese herbal medicines are pointed out.
