摘    要:目的观察电针联合经颅磁刺激对急性脑缺血大鼠血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体Flk-1表达的影响.方法将25只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成5组正常组、模型组、电针组、磁刺激组和电针加磁刺激组.制造大鼠急性大脑中动脉缺血模型后,各治疗组分别施以电针、磁刺激和电针加磁刺激处理,采用免疫组织化学方法观察不同干预方法对VEGF及Flk-1表达的影响.结果免疫组织化学染色结果显示,模型组梗死灶周围VEGF和Flk-1的表达较正常组明显增强(P<0.05);电针组、磁刺激组和电针加磁刺激组VEGF和Flk-1的表达与模型组比较,均明显增强(P<0.05),尤以电针加磁刺激组为明显(P<0.01).结论电针或磁刺激治疗均可增强急性脑缺血大鼠梗死灶周围VEGF和Flk-1的表达,从而减轻缺血后脑损伤,促进脑功能的康复,二者联合应用疗效更佳.

Effects of electroacupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on VEGF and Flk-1 expression in cerebral ischemia in rats
Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) in combination with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on the blood vessel proliferation in rats with cerebral ischemia. MethodsTwenty-five male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups, including normal group, model group, EA group, TMS group and EA plus TMS group. The models of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) were established and treated with EA, TMS and EA combined with TMS, respectively. Then the expression of VEGF and Flk-1 were measured by using immunohistochemistry technique. ResultsThe expression of VEGF and Flk-1 of the model group around the infarction site increased. The expression of VEGF and Flk-1 of EA, TMS and EA combined with TMS group also increased significantly and better effect could be attained with EA combined with TMS. ConclusionEA and TMS can increase the expression of VEGF and Flk-1, alleviate the damage to brain and promote the rehabilitation of the brain function and better effect can be attained with EA combined with TMS.
