微波组织凝固诱导荷瘤宿主的抗肿瘤效应

摘    要:目的观察微波组织凝固诱导荷瘤宿主抗肿瘤效应及其有关特征。方法对荷H22肝癌小鼠行微波组织凝固(microwavetisuecoagulation,MTC)治疗。观察对H22腹水瘤的抗击作用;二氧化硅对这种作用的影响;这种作用是否有特异性;这种作用对残存实体瘤的影响。结果微波固化治疗后荷瘤小鼠存活时间显著延长。二氧化硅腹腔注射后,荷瘤小鼠生存期在MTC组和对照组无显著差异。MTC处理后,荷瘤小鼠抗击S180肉瘤的能力增强。有残存实体瘤存在时,MTC组与对照组相比,生存期无显著差异。结论微波组织凝固可诱导荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤效应。这种效应有一定的非特异性,可被二氧化硅粉末阻断。这种效应对残存实体瘤作用不大。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect induced by microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) on the tumor-bearing mice and some characters of this effect. Methods The solid hepatoma model (H22) was established on Kunming mice. The tumors were coagulated by microwave emitted from the fine electrode of microwave tissue coagulator. One week later, the following items were investigated: survival time after challenge with H22 hepatoma ascites cells, compared with excision group and control group;Effect of abdominal injection of silicon on the antitumor effect of MTC,survival time after challenge with S180 sarcoma ascites cells. Effect of antitumor effect induced by MTC on the residual tumors. Results Survival time is significantly longer in MTC group compared with excision group and control group(P<0.01).After abdominal injection of silicon,the survival time in MTC group is not significantly different with control group.Survival time after challenge with S180 cells in MTC group is significantly longer than that in control group.There is no significantly difference of survival time among MTC group,excision group and control group while a quite amount of residual solid tumors are still alive. Conclusions MTC may induce the anti-tumor effect of tumor-bearing mice.Such effect can be blocked by silicon.The effect may be non-specific.MTC induced anti-tumor effect affects little on residual solid tumors.
