苜蓿多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:对苜蓿多糖提取、纯化条件进行优化研究,正交试验结果表明苜蓿多糖提取最佳条件为100℃水浴浸提2h,料水比为1∶20,醇析浓度为80%乙醇.粗多糖得率11.08%.粗多糖脱蛋白时,样品-氯仿+正丁醇(v/v)为1∶1,氯仿-正丁醇(v/v)为4∶1,萃取时间采用30min效果最佳,多糖得率70.8%.此外,本文还从经济效益和工厂化角度探讨了苜蓿多糖提取条件的最佳组合.

Abstract:Conditions of the extraction and purification of alfalfa polysaccharide were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results show as bellow. The rate gain of crude polysaccharide from alfalfa powder could get 11. 08% extracted in 30 times of boiling water for 2h and precipitated with 80% ethanol. The rate gain of purified polysaccharide from crude one could achieved 70. 8% which solute in same volume mixed solvent of chloroform and n - butanol (4; 1) for 30 min. Moreover, we also discussed the optimal extraction technology of alfalfa polysaccharide based on the economic benefit and industrial production.
