| 摘 要： | 分析了压电泵的工作原理，对工作中泵腔体积变化进行了分析，利用有限元程序对压电振子的变形进行了计算，得出变形曲面近似于抛物曲面，并以此建立泵腔体积变化量的测试计算方法，同时进行了测试与计算研究。

| Abstract: | The principle of piezoelectric pump operation is analyzed. The cavity volume fluctuations of piezoelectric pump is studied. The deformation of piezoelectric actuator is calculated by means of FEM software. The result of the calculation is an approximate parabolic surface. The basic method of measurement and calculation of the cavity volume fluctuations is given on the base of the result. The measurement and the calculation are carried out in the same time. |
