| Abstract: | The significance of the fault diagnosis of analog circuits is elaborated,and its development is presented.Applications of neural network(NN),fuzzy theory and wavelet analysis to fault diagnosis of analog circuits are described,as well as its developing trend.Problems with traditional methods are discussed,and solutions are also presented. |
