学科交叉研究生培养的特性、动力及模式探析

摘    要:构建多学科集成与交叉的培养环境与机制,培养未来能够解决综合性重大科技和社会问题的复合型创新人才已经成为各国研究生教育发展的共识和趋势,也是研究生培养模式改革的重要课题。与传统研究生培养模式相比,学科交叉研究生培养具有知识多元、问题导向、协同创新等特性,也具有非常迫切的驱动力。学科交叉研究生培养模式有其生成路径和一些重要特征。高校应根据自身办学定位与特色选择合适的学位交叉研究生培养模式。

Abstract:Interdisciplinary training has become a common mode of training for graduate students in many countries and also a major issue in China's reform of graduate education .Compared with traditional graduate training ,interdisciplinary training is characterized by a diversity of knowledge ,problem-oriented studies ,and synergic innovation ,with strong motivation .There are specific models of interdisciplinary training and a university should adopt an appropriate model based on its needs and strengths .
