| 摘 要： | 分析制约经管类专业研究生创新能力培养的主要因素，探讨产学研合作对经管类专业研究生创新能力培养的作用，提出“1＋PIE”经管类专业研究生创新能力培养新模式，并对该模式的实施进行分析，最后提出利用产学研合作提升经管类专业研究生创新能力的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the main factors affecting the innovation capability of postgraduate students of economics and management and the effect of industry-university-research collaboration （“IUR”） on the fostering of the innovation capability ,a new model known as “1＋ PIE” is presented that will promote the cultivation of students＆#39; innovation capability .With an examination of its process ,suggestions are offered for enhancing students＆#39;innovation capability through IUR . |
