论法律硕士专业学位入学考试制度的完善

On Improving the Entrance Examination of J .M .Programs

The entrance examination of a J.M .program is important in ensuring the quality of the program .Shortcomings in the existing examination system include poorly-defined classification and a lack of decision-making power on the part of the school . With comparable background ,Chinese universities may learn from the entrance examinations of law schools in Japan .By incorporating in-service J.M .studies ,unifying English language examinations ,and increasing decision-making power of law schools ,the system of entrance examination of J.M .programs in China may be improved ,and so may the overall quality of J.M .education in this country .
