学科组织重构:探索教授治学的实现路径

摘    要:学科组织是大学结构的基本单元,也是教授治学的组织基础。学科组织行政化导致学术权力虚化,教授治学难以有效实现。现代大学制度改革试点高校通过学部制改革、学术团队改造和学术特区建设等形式,尝试重构学科组织,实现学术权力回归。“三级组织两级管理”和“契约式管理”都是重构学科组织的有益经验,是实现教授治学的重要路径选择。

Abstract:Academic discipline organization is the basic unit of the university structure and its organizational foundation for governance by professors. The bureaucratization of academic discipline organizations leads to the weakening of academic power so that it will be difficult to achieve university governance by professors. The reform in university faculty systems, academic teams and special academic zones helps to reconstruct effective academic discipline organizations with the return of the academic power. The "three-level organization with two-level management" and "contractual management" are useful approaches to reconstructing the academic discipline organization as well as achieving university governance by professors.
