摘    要:从职业技术教育学内涵、发展及特点入手,深入探讨职业技术教育学博士的培养目标,分析我国职业技术教育学博士培养的具体模式,在此基础上强调根据其学科特点加强跨学科人才培养的重要意义,并对跨学科职业技术教育学博士人才的培养提出几点建议。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the scope, development and features of vocational and technical education, and analyses the objectives of doctoral training in this field and its specific training modes. It is concluded that interdisciplinary doctoral training is very important in technical and vocational education. Suggestions are also offered for interdisciplinary training for doctoral students of vocational and technical education.
