摘    要:研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心。从系统理论来看,研究生创新能力的培养是一项系统工程,其培养效果不仅受到创新动力等个体性因素的影响,更重要的是在培养过程中受到各种制度及其之间的交互影响。本研究基于制度的视角,通过实证研究探讨我国研究生创新能力的现状、研究生对培养体制的满意程度、研究生创新能力培养的影响因素及其内在逻辑与机制等。

Abstract:The cultivation of students'innovative abilities ,which is a systematic project ,is at the core of graduate education . The process is affected not only by individual factors but by various systems and their interaction as well . An empirical investigation was made into the present state of China's graduate training for innovative abilities to reveal the degree of student satisfaction for their training ,influencing factors in the cultivation of students'innovative abilities and their internal logic and systems .
