摘    要:研究生教育是一项感情实践,情绪饱满、情感丰富而敏感度高的导师更能感染、鼓舞研究生,更易走进研究生的心灵以及培养其积极的情感态度。情感共同体使导师的感情反应与研究生的感情发展相互影响,并使导师与研究生在认知、行为以及其他方面都受到情感驱动。情感是隐藏在背后的一种力量,也是决定师生关系形成与发展的因素。导师与研究生要学会驾驭自己的情感,做情感的主人。

Abstract:Postgraduate education is an emotional practice where a supervisor full of emotions and sensitive is more likely to understand students' feelings and able to encourage them to develop a positive attitude .An emotional community enables supervisors'emotional reactions and students'emotional development influence each other and provides emotional support in their cognition ,behavior and other aspects .Emotion as a hidden strength is a key factor in the formation and development of the supervisor-student relationship where they learn to control and become the master of their emotions .
