摘    要:根据鱼刺图分析影响全日制专业学位研究生培养的各种因素,进行末端原因查找后,以就业需求为导向,对影响全日制专业学位硕士研究生差异化培养的三个因素:自我定位、课程设置和社会实践进行问卷调查和现状分析。提出完善全日制专业学位研究生培养模式的具体对策,包括:以市场需求为导向,突出实践型和职业型的差异化培养目标定位;以实践性、前沿性和系统性的教学模式为基础,按照大课程框架进行课程群建设;以产学研结合为契机,加强实习基地建设,积极实施“双导师”制等。

Abstract:Based on the employment demand, an investigation was made on the main problems with different training modes of full-time professional master's students: problems in self-positioning, curriculum and social practice. An analysis was made according to the fishbone diagram to seek root causes. Our suggestions to improve the situation include establishing diversified practical and professionally-oriented training modes to meet the demand of the market, developing groups of courses that emphasize practicality, frontier studies and systematic learning, and building a better industry-university-research collaboration platform with improved practice bases and a double supervisor system.
