国外高等教育质量评估模式及对我国的启示

摘    要:西方发达国家在高等教育质量标准与质量管理方面积累了丰富的经验,产生了著名的四大高等教育评估模式,即英国模式、法国模式、美国模式和荷兰模式,同样作为发展中国家的巴西和印度在高等教育质量评估方面也形成了较为有效的机制。我国应借鉴国外经验,建立多样性的质量监控与评估机制,用不同的标准来衡量多样化的高等教育。

Inspiration from Foreign Models of Higher Education Quality Evaluation

Abstract:A wealth of experience in the realm of higher education quality standards and management has been accumulated in developed Western nations, with four well-known higher education evaluation models, namely, the British, French, American and Dutch models. Brazil and India, as developing countries, also have their own effective higher education quality evaluation systems. China should learn from foreign experience and establish various types of quality monitoring and evaluating mechanisms for the assessment of the quality of higher education.
