摘    要:新疆某强蚀变型铜镍硫化矿铜镍品位低,氧化镁含量高,铜镍矿物嵌布粒度微细,共生关系密切,属于难选铜镍矿石。针对矿石含镁脉石矿物组成复杂、铜镍矿物呈细粒集合体嵌布的特点,采用"铜镍混浮—混合精矿脱药再磨—铜镍分离"工艺与FY高效抑制剂获得合格的铜精矿与镍精矿。结果表明,对铜镍混合粗精矿,采用组合抑制剂FY精选降镁,可得含铜2.41%、镍4.37%的铜镍混合精矿,精矿含氧化镁由10.64%降至4.61%。铜镍混合精矿经活性炭与硫化钠脱药,再磨至-38μm占85%,石灰与Na_2SO_3抑制镍矿物,Z-200浮选铜矿物,得到含铜22.07%、氧化镁2.65%,回收率73.23%的铜精矿,含镍6.01%、氧化镁5.51%,回收率82.11%的镍精矿,实现铜镍精矿的高效降镁与铜镍有效分离。

Abstract:A copper-nickel sulfide ores with low grade copper and nickel, high MgO content and copper minerals being fine closed with nickel minerals, belongs to a refractory copper-nickel ore. According to the ore special properties of MgO-containing gangue minerals with complex composition and copper-nickel minerals fine-grained aggregates disseminated, the process of copper-nickel bulk floatation and bulk concentrate reagent removal and regrinding and copper-nickel separation was put forward. The result shows that with the depressant of combined depressing agent of FY, the copper-nickel bulk rougher concentrate is processed to copper-nickel bulk concentrate with 2.41%Cu, 4.37%Ni and the content of MgO drops to 4.61% from 10.64%; removing the bulk concentrate reagent by acticarbon and Na2S,regrinding at P85 0.038mm and using CaO and Na2SO3 as depressing agent of nickel minerals and Z-200 as collectors of copper minerals, the copper concentrate with 22.07% Cu, 2.65% MgO and Cu recovery of 73.23% and the nickel concentrate with 6.01% Ni, 5.51% MgO and Ni recovery of 82.11% are obtained. Effective and efficient removal of MgO of copper-nickel concentrate and copper-nickel separation are achieved.
