| 摘 要： | 本文以某金矿选矿厂自动化控制系统建设为背景,介绍了Wonderware软件的特点,利用Wonderware的系统平台软件设计了一个选矿自动化控制系统,给出了系统的总体结构框图,阐述了系统中各部分的功能和实现方法。实践证明,该系统人机界面友好,可以方便的实现对选矿流程的在线监控和操作,提高生产管理的效率。

| Abstract: | On the basis of construction of automatic control system for a copper concentrator, the paper introduces the feature of Wonderware software, designs the automatic control system of mineral processing using the Wonderware System Platform software, gives the whole structured flowchart of the system, expatiates the function and implementation of parts of the system. The result proves that the system has friendly human machine interface, can monitor and operate the mineral processing conveniently, and improves the efficiency of production and management. |
