摘    要:主要介绍红枣含有丰富的营养物质及生物活性成分,具有抗衰老作用、姗样作用、抗变态反应、抗肿瘤作用、免疫增强作用、增强肌肉力量、抗疲劳、保护肝脏、降压、镇静安神、抗惊厥等保健作用。

Abstract:In this paper, it has been introduced that the Zipiphi Jujube Dates have abundant nutritive value and biological active composition, and that there are also other functions like anti- aged, anti- allergy, anti- tumor, anti - fatigue, anti - convulsions, enhancing immunity, developing muscles, nourishing liver, lowering blood pressure and so on. So it is praised as a good woody and nourishing food.
