| 摘 要： | 用高铁高硒日粮饲喂产蛋母鸡，观察蛋品质的变化，结果表明，蛋黄重、蛋黄重／蛋重比略有下降，蛋白质／蛋重比、哈夫单位有所提高，蛋壳／蛋重比，蛋壳厚度及蛋壳密度无明显变化，提示：高铁高硒日粮不会引起蛋品质的明显下降。

| Abstract: | The laying hens were feed with diet supplied high-iron and high-selenium for 8 weeks and the observations were made on egg quality.The results showed that yolk weight and yolk percentage were decreased,but albumen percentage and Haugh Unit were increased.However there were no changes in egg shell thickeness,egg shell percentage and egg shell density.These suggested that dietary highiron and high-selenium could not result to the decrease of egg quality significantly. |
