摘    要:F1F0-ATP合成酶过去被认为是严格的线粒体内膜蛋白,近年来的研究表明,该酶的一些亚基广泛分布于一些肿瘤细胞以及脂肪细胞等的质膜表面,称为质膜异位F1F0-ATP合成酶。论文综述质膜异位F1F0-ATP合成酶的发现,发生异位的可能机制以及在质膜表面F1F0-ATP合成酶作为受体蛋白参与的一些生物学现象,也指出了质膜异位F1F0-ATP合成酶在抗肿瘤、抗肥胖,以及其他领域的应用前景。

Abstract:F1F0-ATP synthase was considered as a protein strictly located in the inner membrane of mitochondria previously.But recently,several new researches showed some subunits of F1F0-ATP synthase localized in the plasma membrane of tumor cells and adipocytes,named as ectopical plasma membrane F1F0-ATP synthase.This article reviewed on the detection of the ectopical plasma membrane F1F0-ATP synthase,the possible mechanism of the translocation from the inner membrane of mitochondrial to the plasma membrane of cell surface and some phenomena in which ectopical plasma membrane F1F0-ATP synthase involved as special receptor proteins.Besides,the promising prospection of studying on the ectopical plasma membrane F1F0-ATP synthase was also stressed in the domains of anti-tumor and anti-obesity investigation.
