Oases Ecological Water Rights Definition and Its Allocation

The meaning of oases ecological water use is comprehended from the point of view of water rights,which is expected to offer the new research way for protecting and rejuvenation of oases ecological and environment.Firstly,the conceptions of ecological water use were analyzed,and then the conceptions of oases ecological water use was defined based on the point of sustainable development.Secondly,oases ecological water rights were defined from quantity and quality depending on the water rights conception.Finally,the framework of oases ecological water rights allocation was presented consisten with the conception of oases ecological water use,and oases ecological basic water rights were allocated emphatically within the river and out of the river.
