不同养殖措施防治对虾暴发性流行病效果的初步研究

利用水泥池、土池及不同水处理方法等不同措施养殖对虾，研究养殖升旗与对虾暴发性病毒发生的关系，探讨合理养殖模式。试验结果表明，利用水泥池、沙滤水、封闭式循环水养殖和使用防病药物等措施对防治暴发性疾病都有一定的效果；使用优质饵料强化对虾体质，合理使用防病药物及水质净化剂，优化养殖生态环境对增强对虾抗病能力有效；虾池内放养部分肉食性鱼类能延缓对虾发病时间。

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON CURE AND PREVENTION OF EXPLOSIVE EPIDEMIC DISEASE OF P. CHINENSIS WITHIN DIFFERENT CULTIVATE MANNER

The virus explosive epidemic disease of the shrimp, P. chinensis has heavily frustrated the estate of shrimp culture since 1993. In order to support this economical estate and to research suitable culture manner in China, a series of tests was conducted and different combinations of several common culture conditions was tested from 1993 to 1997 in Laizhou County and Rizhao City, Shandong Province. The other experiments were carried out in our marine lab in Qingdao City. The perceivable results were produced from culture in concrete pond, by the use of sand filtered sea water system, enclosed circulating sea water supply and some suitable drugs. Using higher quality diets, applying some chemicals rationally (such as disease prevention and cure drugs and pond water purifying agent or minerals etc.), improving pond ecosystem may be effective to enhance the disease resistance of shrimp. In the other hand, breeding a few preying fishes to prey upon the diseased or weak shrimps is one of the successful ways to culture shrimps and to delay the occurrence of disease.
