秦岭细鳞鲑生物学参数研究及其个体变化探讨

摘    要:为探究秦岭细鳞鲑个体生物学参数,探讨其个体小型化现象,分析了1991~1992年在秦岭黑河流域采集的178尾秦岭细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis)生物学数据。结果显示:秦岭细鳞鲑体质量为39.84 ± 68.33 g,体长(L)-体质量(W)关系式为:W = 3×10-5 L2.9105,R2 = 0.982,雌雄性比为1:1.44。独立样本t检验分析表明:雌、雄秦岭细鳞鲑的肥满度、比肠长、脏体比、腹腔脂肪指数等四个指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。对比1991~1992和2014年在黑河流域调查采集的秦岭细鳞鲑数据,发现平均体质量和100 g以下个体所占百分比无明显差异。综合分析现有关于秦岭细鳞鲑个体小型化的报道,本研究认为秦岭细鳞鲑个体小型化有待进一步研究。

Abstract:To study the biological parameters and individual miniaturization of Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis, the biological data of 178 B. lenok tsinlingensis which were collected in Qinling Heihe River basin from 1991 to 1992 were analyzed. The results showed that the body weight was 39.84 ± 68.33 g, the relationship of body length (L)-body weight (W) was W = 3 × 10-5 L2.9105, R2 = 0.982, and the ratio of females to males was 1:1.44. The t-test analysis of independent samples showed that there was no significant difference among the condition factor (CF), relative gut length (RGL), viscerosomatic index (VSI) and Intraperitoneal fat body index (IFI) of the female and male B. lenok tsinlingensis (P>0.05). No significant differences between the average body weight and individual percentage under 100 g were found. Finally, we analyzed the evidence of the individual miniaturization of B. lenok tsinlingensis reported by different researchers, different views were put forward in this paper that the conclusion of B. lenok tsinlingensis miniaturization is open to discussion and needs further study.
