牦牛胎盘对小鼠组织中T-SOD活性的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨牦牛胎盘对小鼠组织中T-SOD活性的影响。方法:根据采集到胎盘的海拔高度将100只小白鼠随机分为高海拔组、中海拔组、低海拔组和对照组,连续28d分别灌服不同海拔的牦牛胎盘和生理盐水,然后处死小白鼠快速采取肝、肺、心肌、骨骼肌、脾脏和肾脏,测定各组织内T-SOD的活性。结果:高海拔肺脏,高、中海拔组骨骼肌中T-SOD活性显著高于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);各海拔组心肌和肾脏,高、中海拔组肝脏中T-SOD活性高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:牦牛胎盘能够提高小鼠肺、骨骼肌、心肌、肾脏和肝脏中T-SOD的活性。

Activities effect of T-SODon Mice with the plateau yak placenta powder
Abstract:Activities effect ofT -SOD on Mice wit h the plateau yak placenta powder were studied.The mice were divided into control group, low -elevation yak placenta powder, middle-elevation yak placenta powder, high-elevation yak placenta powder groups . the mice of the low-elevation, middle-elevation and high-elevation yak placenta powder groups were gastricly lavaged with yak placenta powder with its dose being of 400mg,respectively in 28 Days.After 28 days, the activities of T-SOD contents in lung of every experiment groups and in skelecton muscle of middle - elevation yak placenta powder, high-elevation yak placenta powder groups observably higher than that of the control group,(p<0.01). The activities of T-SOD contents in heart and kidney of every experiment groups and in live of middle -elevation yak placenta powder, high-elevation yak placenta powder groups observably higher than that of the control group, (p <0.05) , indicating that the yak placenta powder can improve T-SOD activities in liver, lung and kidney ,skelecton muscle.
