我国食品安全监管现状及发展建议

摘    要:改革开放以来,随着社会的进步、经济的发展、生活水平不断提高,人们餐桌上的食品也越来越丰富。不过随之而来的食品质量及相关问题也在方方面面影响着人们的生活。我国食品安全事故多发,不仅对食品行业影响深远,也危害着人民的身体健康和切身利益,是关系到国家未来发展的重大民生问题。为了更好地保证食品安全,规范和监管食品市场,《食品安全法》在2015年正式施行。论述了食品安全的监管现状及在《食品安全法》背景下如何加强监督管理。

Abstract:Since reform and opening up,with progress of society,economic development,and living standards continue to improve,food on the table is also more and more rich.However,ensuing food quality and related problems also affect people′s lives in every aspect.Food safety accidents occur frequently in China,not only food industry has far-reaching impact,but also endanger health and vital interests of people.It is a major livelihood problem related to future development of country.In order to better ensure food safety and regulate and supervise the food market,Food Safety Law was formally implemented in 2015.Present situation of supervision of food safety and how to strengthen supervision and management in the context of Food Safety Law were expounded.
