摘    要:随着设施农业的快速发展,作物栽培过程中连作障碍对作物产量和品质的影响也日趋严重,尤其是针对近年来栽培面积逐渐扩大的取材便利、资源丰富和对环境污染几乎为零的有机基质。该文对常规的蒸汽消毒、化学消毒和太阳能消毒等消毒方法的研究现状、应用范畴、优势和局限性进行分析和总结,并根据臭氧消毒特性及应用现状提出对有机基质进行消毒的方法,设计了有机基质臭氧消毒设备,可为设施农业有机基质消毒方法、消毒设备和工艺流程创新提供理论支撑和技术支撑。

Abstract:With development of facility agriculture,effect of continuous cropping obstacles on crop yield and quality is becoming more and more serious,especially for organic matrix which is easy to get and rich in resources and has almost zero pollution to environment.Research status,application scope,advantages and limitations of conventional method of steam disinfection,chemical disinfection and solar disinfection were analyzed and summarized.According to characteristics and application of ozone disinfection,method of disinfection of organic matrix was proposed and equipment of organic matrix ozone disinfection was designed,that could provide theoretical and technical support for innovation of disinfection equipment and technological process of organic matrix disinfection in facility agriculture.
