4SFYK-150型生物质秸秆粉碎压捆机研制与试验

针对目前国内外投入应用的秸秆打捆机和压捆机均不具备粉碎功能的问题,研制开发了4SFYK-150型生物质秸秆粉碎压捆机。该机主要适用于在粉碎玉米和高梁等作物秸秆的同时收集压捆,作业一次完成秸秆粉碎、自动收集、压捆等多项农艺,能有效地减少田间作物秸秆残存量,为保证下茬作物的播种质量奠定了良好的基础。同时,可减少秸秆焚烧污染,维护生态环境,并为养殖业、造纸业、秸秆发电、酒精制造以及墙体材料制造业提供更多的材料资源。通过性能试验和生产试验证明,该机各项技术性能指标达到设计要求,符合国家相关标准,作业质量满足农艺要求。
