低温对茶树叶片膜透性和保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:对3种不同品种的茶树叶片进行低温处理,测定其MDA含量,电解质渗透率及其保护酶类:SOD、POD、CAT的活性,评价3种不同茶树的抗寒能力。结果表明:不同低温的胁迫,3个茶树叶片的MDA和电解质的渗透率均呈上升的趋势;POD活性变化趋势与SOD的变化趋势基本相同,表现出"先升后降"的趋势;而CAT在该试验的3个品种却表现出活性降低的趋势。应用隶属函数值法综合评价3个茶树品种的抗寒能力依次是:凫早二号农抗早福鼎大白茶种。
