| 摘 要： | 采用机械破皮、硫酸、沸水处理粉花山扁豆种子进行不同育苗基质的发芽试验,结果表明:机械破皮处理后的种子发芽率为66.5%;硫酸处理后的种子发芽率为86.2%;沸水处理后的种子发芽率为19%,对照(未经处理直接播种)的仅为1.3%。育苗基质采用森林腐殖土的育苗效果较好。因此粉花山扁豆种子的最佳处理方法为98%的浓硫酸浸种30 min,同时采用普通的森林腐殖土作育苗基质,其操作简单,出苗快,苗木整齐。

| Abstract: | We treated the seeds of Cassia agnes with the ways of mechanical capsule damage,sulfuric acid and boiled water for germination experiment.It showed that the germination rate of the seeds was 66.5 % by mechanical capsule damage,that of it was 86.2 % by the treatment of sulfuric acid,and 19 % by the treatment of boiled water,while the control(without any treatment) was only 1.3 %.The seedlings grew well on soil,we suggested that best treatment of Cassia agnes seeds being immersing the seeds with 98 % sulfuric... |
