红刺玫离体培养及试管内开花初报

摘    要:对红刺改进行离体培养研究,结果表明:高约2cm的无菌苗在培养基MS+BA0.6mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L(单位下同)上增殖的不定芽比较多,诱导率为100%,增殖系数达到5。7。生根培养基为改良MS+0.4NAA时,生根率及平均根数分别为93.3%和4.3条,移栽成活率为83%。并对红刺玫试管内开花的现象进行了初次报道。

Abstract:An efficient tissue culture system had been developed to propagate Rosa multiflora var.cathayensis rapidly.Buds were induced from 2 cm high young plantlet cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0.6 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA,and the inductivity was 100%,The proliferate frequency was 5.7.The reformative medium of MS+0.4 NAA was used for rooting,and the rooting rate was 93.3%,the mean number of roots was 4.4,the survival rate was 83%.We reported the flowering of R.multiflora var.cathayensis in vitro for the ...
