| 摘 要： | 对红刺改进行离体培养研究，结果表明：高约2cm的无菌苗在培养基MS＋BA0．6mg／L＋NAA0．1mg／L（单位下同）上增殖的不定芽比较多，诱导率为100％，增殖系数达到5。7。生根培养基为改良MS＋0．4NAA时，生根率及平均根数分别为93．3％和4．3条，移栽成活率为83％。并对红刺玫试管内开花的现象进行了初次报道。

| Abstract: | An efficient tissue culture system had been developed to propagate Rosa multiflora var.cathayensis rapidly.Buds were induced from 2 cm high young plantlet cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0.6 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA,and the inductivity was 100%,The proliferate frequency was 5.7.The reformative medium of MS+0.4 NAA was used for rooting,and the rooting rate was 93.3%,the mean number of roots was 4.4,the survival rate was 83%.We reported the flowering of R.multiflora var.cathayensis in vitro for the ... |
