| 摘 要： | 文章以武汉市远城区为实证对象,建立一套生态用地协调集约度定量评价体系,探讨区域内生态用地社会经济和生态环境效益及二者协调发展程度。研究结果表明,6个行政区的生态用地协调集约度略有差别,其在6个行政区的排序为江夏区>黄陂区>蔡甸区>汉南区>东西湖区>新洲区,但总体保持在中等及中等以上水平,多数处于社会经济效益滞后状态;最后根据不同区域的评价状况提出相应的优化策略。

| Abstract: | This paper sets up a quantitative evaluation system to the coordinated-intensive extent of eco-land with Wuhan as the case to explore the social and economic benefits and ecological environmental benefits of the ecological land use in the city as well as the degree of coordinated development of the two benefits.The results show that the coordinated-intensive extents of the eco-land in the six administrative districts of Wuhan are slightly different,which could be sorted as:Jiangxia District>Huangpi District>Caidian District>Hannan District>Dongxihu District>Xinzhou District.However,the overall level is maintained at the middle level and above,and most of them lag behind in terms of social and economic benefits.Finally,according to the evaluation results of different districts,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed. |
