| 摘 要： | 通过对索氏提取法、超声波提取法、微波提取法3种不同方法提取人参皂苷,比较人参皂苷的收率。采用相同的提取试剂-甲醇,利用索氏提取法、超声波提取法、微波提取法提取人参皂苷;紫外可见-分光光度法测定人参皂苷含量,比较人参皂苷的收率。结果表明,3种提取方法,人参皂苷的收率分别为8.34%、9.36%、8.76%。超声提取法更适合应用于工厂化生产。
