| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社顺应市场经济发展的客观要求，在中国不断发展壮大，其规范、健康地发展必将对中国的农民、农业及农村产生重大的影响，特别是在保护农民利益、增加农民收入等方面具有较大的优势。农民专业合作社利益机制合理运行的前提应该是实行经济民主制，加强自身的改革，扩大业务范围等。

| Abstract: | Complying with the objective requirement of market economy development, the specialty cooperative of peasants develop constantly, regularly and healthily. It will make significant affect on chinese peasants, agriculture and rural area. Especially, it will have big superiority on preventing benefit of peasants and increasing income of peasants. If the interest mechanism of specialty cooperative of peasants want to run reasonably, the specialty cooperative of peasants must carry out system of economy democracy, strengthen itself reform, enlarge its work scope etc.. |
