改革开放以来京郊农民家庭收入结构的变化--兼论促进农民家庭增收的政策取向

改革开放以来,北京郊区农民家庭收入结构出现了显著变化,工资性收入所占比例大幅提高,财产性收入和转移性收入也在逐渐上升,而家庭经营收入所占比例稳步下降.京郊农民家庭收入的变化,主要是工资性收入持续增长、家庭经营第三产业规模扩大、财产性收入快速增加的结果.为进一步提高京郊农民家庭收入,政策的着眼点应放在如何增加农民家庭工资性收入和促进家庭经营第三产业方面.

The Change of Income Structure and the Government' Policy in the Future: Study on Peasants' Family in the Suburb of Beijing

The structure of income in peasants' family in the suburb of Beijing has being changed remarkably since 1980'.The ratio of labor's reward is improved highly.Both the income from property and the transferred income are increased gradually.But the ratio of income from the households production is decreased step by step.The reasons that the income structure of the peasants' family changed are that the peasants' wage is promoted continually,the households enlarged the service trade,and the income from the property increased fast.In order to promote the peasants' family income in the suburb of Beijing,the government should carry out the policy which can make more and more peasants in suburbs get wages,and can promote households in suburb to run service trade as well.
