10个棉花品种的DNA多态性分析

摘    要:采用RAPD技术,对10个棉花品种基因组进行DNA片断扩增,以研究品种间遗传多样性。结果表明:20个随机引物中,有8个引物能得到多态性条带。8个引物共扩增出96条带,其中33条多态性条带,多态率为34.4%。RAPD分析结果表明,用G06、G08、G11、G12、G17 5种引物可完全将这10个棉花品种区分开。此外,通过扩增BT基因发现,在非抗虫棉亚洲棉中也有BT基因的存在。

Abstract:The technique of random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)was used to amplify genomic DNA of 10 cotton varieties.A total of 96 bands were amplified with 8 polymorphic primers and the polymorphic rate was 34.4%(33/96).The results showed that 5 kinds of random primers can differentiate the 10 varieties.In addition,there was also BT gene in G.arboreum of non-resis-tant-pest cottons that was amplified BT gene.
