博德特氏菌HN36对二氯喹啉酸胁迫下烤烟的修复效应

摘    要:为缓解二氯喹啉酸对烤烟造成的危害,采用盆栽试验,研究了在含二氯喹啉酸(0.16mg/kg)的土壤中加入不同数量二氯喹啉酸降解菌(博德特氏菌HN36)对烤烟株高,叶片长、宽,鲜、干质量,叶片纤维素酶活性和氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明:向土壤中施入博德特氏菌HN36,加速了土壤中二氯喹啉酸的降解,缓解了二氯喹啉酸对烤烟株高和叶片生长的抑制作用,增加了烤烟地上部和根系的质量,使烤烟叶片中纤维素酶活性和氨基酸含量降低。博德特氏菌HN36施用量越大,对受害烤烟的修复效果越好,与受害烟株相比,移栽后30d,土壤中施菌量为3×1010个/kg处理的受害烤烟株高、叶长、叶宽分别增加了63.46%、56.51%、95.07%,地上部鲜、干质量分别增加了47.24%、17.65%,地下部鲜、干质量分别增加了105.60%、136.84%,叶片纤维素酶活性和氨基酸含量分别下降了46.39%、35.46%。移栽后30d,博德特氏菌HN36施用量为3×1010个/kg的土壤中二氯喹啉酸基本已被降解到对烤烟不产生危害的阈值;移栽后60d,博德特氏菌HN36施用量为3×109、3×1010个/kg的土壤中,二氯喹啉酸的残留量达到未检出水平。总之,土壤中以施用3×1010个/kg博德特氏菌HN36对受二氯喹啉酸危害的烤烟和土壤修复效果最好,其次为施用量3×109个/kg和3×108个/kg。

Abstract:In order to alleviate quinclorac’s harmfulness on flue-tobacco,repaired effects of the quinclorac degrading bacteria HN36 on plant height,leaf length and width,fresh and dry weight,cellulose activity,and content of amino acids of tobacco stressed by quinclorac were studied according to a pot experiment.The results indicated that HN36 could relieve the inhibition of the plant height,leaf length and leaf width,and decrease the cellulase activity and the content of amino acids of tobacco leaf.As the concentration of HN36 in soil increased,the repaired effect became better and better.In contrast to tobacco damaged by quinclorac,at 30 days after transplanting,by the treatment of 3×1010 HN36 cells per kilogram of dry soil,the plant height,leaf length and width of tobacco increased 63.46%,56.51% and 95.07%,respectively;the fresh weight and dry weight of overground parts of tobacco increased 47.24% and 17.65% while underground parts increased 105.60% and 136.84%;the cellulose activity and the content of amino acids of tobacco leaf decreased 46.39% and 35.46%.The residual quinclorac in soil treated by 3×1010 HN36 cells per kilogram of dry soil could not cause harm to tobacco at 30 days after transplanting.In the treatment of 3×1010 and 3×109 HN36 cells HN36 per kilogram of dry soil,the residual quinclorac in soil even could not be detected at 60 days after transplanting.In general,among repaired effects of HN36 on flue-cured tobacco and soil which were stressed by quinclorac,3×1010 HN36 cells per kilogram of dry soil was the best,followed by 3×109 and 3×108.
