| 摘 要： | 利用大鼠生长抑素基因设计引物,对泌乳晚期SD大鼠的乳腺组织生长抑素基因进行RT-PCR检测,PCR产物与pMD-19T载体连接后转化JM109感受态细胞,筛选阳性克隆、测序.结果发现在泌乳晚期大鼠乳腺中有生长抑素基因的表达.

| Abstract: | To investigate the expression of somatostatin in the mammary gland of later lactating rats,total RNA was extracted from the mammary gland and mRNA sequence of somatostatin gene was amplified by RT-PCR with designed primers.The PCR products were ligated into the pMD-19T vector,and then transformed into competent cells of JM109.The recombinant plasmid was identified and the sequence was analyzed to detect the somatostatin in the mammary gland of later lactating Sprague-Dawley rats.Identity analysis showed tha... |
