| 摘 要： | 文章对我国农业科技特派员制度的内涵、形成过程、特征、现实意义与作用、发展现状等进行了全面的阐述,分析了科技特派员制度存在的问题,并针对问题提出了加强信息网络建设、加强科技特派员的组织管理、提高科技特派员队伍的整体素质等对策,旨在增强对农业科技特派员制度的深入了解,为更好地推进这项惠农政策起到良好的宣传作用。

| Abstract: | The connotation,origin,traits and characteristics,significance and function,and development status of agricultural science and technology commissioner system were thoroughly reviewed in the paper.Problems of this system were analyzed and countermeasures suggested,i.e.,strengthening construction of internet,strengthening organic administration of science and technology commissioner and raising the quality of science and technology commissioner team,etc.This was for deepening knowledge of this system,and giving full play of this farmer favored policy. |
