不同水稻品种在不同栽培条件下氮代谢的差异

摘    要:为了给高蛋白水稻品种的选育与栽培提供理论依据,采用田间小区试验对不同水稻品种在不同栽培条件下氮素代谢的差异进行了研究,结果表明,两个高蛋白水稻品种(组合)湘早灿24号和威优56的叶片,茎鞘,籽粒,糙米的全氮和蛋白氮含量,功能叶的硝酸还原酶,谷氨酰胺合成酶和蛋白水解酶等活性明显高于相应对照品种(组合)湘早灿13号,中优早81号和金优974;湘早灿24号籽粒蛋白质产量明显高于对照品种,三灶三高栽培法有助于水稻对氮素的吸收,转运,累积和再利用,有利于提高糙米的全氟,蛋白氮含量及籽粒蛋白质产量。

Abstract:In order to determine the differences of nitrogen metabolism of different rice cultivars under different cultivations, field plot experiments were carried out for two years in Hunan. The results show that total N contents and protein N contents in leaves, stem-sheaths, seeds, brown rices of high-protein convention rice Xiangzaoxian 24 and high-protein hybrid Weiyou 56 are obviously higher than those of low-protein convention rices Xiangzaoxian 13 and Zhongyouzao 81, and low-protein hybrid Jingyou 974. Nitrate reductase activities and glutamine synthetase activities and protease activities in function leaves of Xiangzaoxian 24 and Weiyou 56 are higher than those of Xiangzaoxian 13, Zhongyouzao 81 and Jingyou 974 respectively.The grain protein yield of Xiangzaoxian 24 is obviously higher than those of Xiangzaoxian 13 and Zhongyouzao 81. The speed of absorption, transportation ,accumulation of nitrogen in rice plant under San-zhuang-san-gao cultivation are faster than those under conventional cultivation. Total N contents and protein N contents in brown rice, and grain protein yield of rice under San-zhuang-san-gao cultivation are higher that those under conventional cultivation.
