摘    要:现代人才测评对人和组织机构起到了决定性的作用。通过新卡特16PF人才测评在图书馆的应用研究,加深了对馆员的了解,合理设岗、建立人才测评制度,努力营造高层次人才成长的良好环境,发挥人才专长及个人优势,有效推动图书馆工作的发展。

Abstract:Modern talent assessment has played a decisive role for people and organizations. Through the research on the application of new Carter 16PF talent assessment in library, it helped deepen the understanding of librarians and build talent assessment system, and created a good environment for high-level talents to play their expertise and personal advantage, so as to effectively promote the process and development of library work.
