| 摘 要： | 在生态文明概念的基础上,通过共性与特性分析,探讨了水生态文明的科学内涵;从空间和时间2个不同的角度,探讨了水生态文明的外延。基于此,指出了我国水生态文明建设应当注意的问题与可供借鉴的方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of ecological civilization,this article discussed the scientific connotation of water ecological civilization through generality and characteristic analysis,explored the extension of water ecological civilization from two different points of view（ space and time）,and further pointed out the issues we should notice in the construction of China＇s water ecological civilization,as well as the reference direction of water ecological civilization construction. |
