轴流滚筒试验研究

摘    要:1978年研制了具有三种滚筒、四种凹板和五种滚筒上盖的轴流滚筒试验台,可变换七种结构方案进行对比试验。1979—1980年进行了小麦、大豆和玉米等作物脱谷试验,从试验中看出: 七种结构方案均可达6公斤/秒的喂入量,其损失率为1%以下,大豆破碎率为0.5—1%,玉米破碎率为3%左右。诸方案中以钉齿叶片滚筒与三栅条凹板组成方案的脱粒、分离性能最强,对作物湿度的适应性也最大,但功率消耗略大;纹杆叶片滚筒与三栅条凹板组成方案的综合性能指标最好,但对作物湿度的适应性较差。各种方案脱较干的小麦和大豆时,分离物含杂率较大;脱湿小麦时较小;脱玉米时含杂率最小。谷物通过滚筒的时间与滚筒上盖的导板数成正比,与滚筒转速成反比。


A RESEARCH ON AXIAL—FLOW CYLINDER
Abstract:The main object of this research is to study and build an Axial-flow cylinder to thresh wheat, maize and soybean with least losses at feeding capacity 6kg/sec. In 1978, we built a large-size testing bed of Axial-flow cylinder, which was changeable for three kinds of cylinders, four kinds of concaves, and five kinds of covers. Comparable test can be made on seven different arrangements of the afore mentioned parts. During 1979—1980, we conducted 120 tests with this bed to thresk wheat, soybean and maize. Our conclusions are as follows. 1. For the seven arrangemets of working parts, the feeding capacity can all reach 6kg/sec, loss percentage less than 1%, boken seed percentage of soybean 0.5—1%, of maize 3%. Among them the arrangement consisting of spike tooth leaf cylinder and three grated concave gave the strongest separating capacity and the best adaptability of seed water content, but it consumes more power. The arrangement consisting of raspbar leaf cylinder and three grated concave gave the best comprehensive result, but less adaptable with seed water content. 2. With the seven cylinder arragements the percentage of the mixed substances in threshed products is rather high for dry wheat and soybean, less for the wet wheat, best for threshing maize. 3. The time necessary for the grain to pass over the cylinder is proportional to the nambers of the cylinder over plate directly and reversely to the speed of the cylinder.
