摘    要:采用静水生物毒性试验法测定了硫酸铜、高锰酸钾、生石灰和食盐对克氏原螯虾幼虾的急性毒性作用并进行了安全浓度评价.结果表明:硫酸铜、高锰酸钾、生石灰和食盐对克氏原螯虾幼虾24 h的LC50值分别为12.81,9.45,95.12 mg/L和13.66 g/L;48h的LC50值分别为7.93,5.09,62.46 mg/L和10.83 g/L;96 h的LC50值分别为5.68,4.01,47.57 mg/L和8.95 g/L.硫酸铜、高锰酸钾、生石灰和食盐对克氏原螯虾幼虾的安全浓度分别为0.91,0.44,8.08 mg/L和2.04 g/L;克氏原螯虾幼虾对4种药物的敏感浓度为高锰酸钾>硫酸铜>食盐>生石灰,克氏原螯虾对此4种药物具有较高的耐受性.
