紫云英对镉富集效应研究

目的]探索紫云英对镉的富集效应,为Cd污染土壤植物修复技术开辟新的途径。方法]通过盆栽试验,研究了紫云英对Cd的耐性与富集效应。结果]紫云英对Cd有较强的耐性,低浓度的Cd对紫云英的生长发育没有显著影响,甚至具有一定的生长促进作用。紫云英体内Cd的浓度分布为根〉茎叶。紫云英对Cd具有较强的富集能力,无论是添加外源Cd或不添加外源Cd,紫云英对Cd的富集系数均较高,其根部对Cd的富集系数多为10左右。结论]紫云英在Cd污染农田的植物修复上具有一定的研究和应用价值。
