摘    要:目的]测定贵州不同产地朱砂根中铜、铅、镉、砷、汞的含量。方法]采用微波消解的方法对朱砂根进行处理,以原子吸收光谱法测定样品中的铜、铅、镉、砷和汞元素的含量。结果]所测样品中除部分批次镉含量超标外,其他均低于《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》的规定限量;镉超标率为37.5%。结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,能有效测定朱砂根药材的铜、铅、镉、砷和汞的含量。

Determination of Copper, Lead, Chromium, Arsenic and Mercury Contents in RADIX ARDISIAE CRENATAE in Different Production Areas of Guizhou Province

Abstract:Objective] To determine the copper,lead,chromium,arsenic and mercury contents in RADIX ARDISIAE CRENATAE in different production areas of Guizhou Province.Method] RADIX ARDISIAE CRENATAE was treated by microwave digestion;the contents of copper,lead,chromium,arsenic and mercury were detected by Atomic absorption spectrometry.Method] except some batches of cadmium,other heavy metals were all lower than the limited amount in the regulations of Green Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for Foreign Trade and Economy.The over standard rate was 37.5%.Conclusion] This method was simple,rapid,accurate and could effectively determine the contents of copper,lead,chromium,arsenic and mercury in RADIX ARDISIAE CRENATAE.
